We reside in AZ and are unsure of 1 thing. If we end up filing for bankruptcy would my husband lose his Navy retirement pay?

Hi DAS!

Welcome to forums!

Retirement pays are exempt in case of bankruptcy filing. The trustee will not be able to come after your husband's retirement income when both of you file bankruptcy.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
