I have a home in az I want to tranfer title buy still have a loan on it want can I do want forms would I need?? My loan is though USDA

Hi Extende,

You will have to sign a quit claim deed in order to transfer the property to someone else. You can contact a real estate attorney and he would help you in drafting the deed. As far as the mortgage is concerned, the other person needs to refinance the loan in his/her name.
