Hi,
I'am a filipina and having relationship with american guy who lived in arizona.
my problem is he passed away a month ago. we never make it to marry at church . My question is when he go in arizona he file that whatever happen i will get his trust fund and sss .I know his account on wellsfargo and the same time the password no one does to withdraw his money.my problem is how could i get the money i dont have atm. the only i have is his copy of birth certificate. please advice me and thank you.

Welcome filipina,

If you have the written document stating that you will receive his trust funds and sss after his death, then you should contact an attorney and take his opinion in this matter. He will be the best to guide you in this matter.
