Hi jwalkerlaw!

Welcome to forums!

You lose dower rights if you are divorced, or if you sign them away on an Acknowledgement of Release of Dower Rights. You can contact an attorney and ask him/her to draft one for you.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
