I own land and I want to know if Child Support has put a lien on my property for child support my husband owed before we were married.

If the property is in your name, the lien cannot be placed upon it as your husband owes the child support. However, if the property has both the names, then a lien can be placed on it. You can go for a title search and get to know whether or not a lien has been placed on that property.
