flwillingham Guest	Posted: Fri Feb 20, 2009 2:52 pm    Post subject: Quitclaim Deed HELP Our Association is trying to get a deed for a cemetery in Arkansas that we are taking care of. In our research we found that it was donated March 28,1888 but there was never a deed filed for it. Right now on the tax records that cemetery owns the cemetery. So how do we go about getting a deed for it. I have contacted the Circuit Clerk, the County Clerk and Quorum Court. No one can tell me how to do this and we can't afford a lawyer. However, if you can consult an attorney, he/she might be able to guide you the best in this regard. Thanks, Jerry
