what if you lived in Arkansas but the property is in Colorado. Which form would you use? Rhonda

Hi edgewater_kennels,

As the property is located in Colorado, you'll have to use a quitclaim deed form of Colorado. You can visit the county recorder's office and get hold of a quitclaim deed form. Alternatively, you can also contact any real estate attorney and draft the deed from him/her.
