I signed a quit claim during an owner finance home loan the he filed the quit claim then collected the morgage two days later and gave us 10 days to move this is in Arkansas

Hi melaniejmorin,

Your question is not clear to me. If you were the owner of the property, then you signed the quit claim deed and transferred the property to the grantee. Now, the grantee is the owner of the property. In such a situation, I feel the deed is legal.
