An excellent company to refinance a mobile home in AR

I NEED a company that refinances mobile homes. Both my brother and I have credit scores over 800, my ONLY debt is my 2005 mobile home... My brother has his home and an education loan but that is it.

We both have excellent well-paying jobs.

My brother has been trying to refinance through his mortgage company US Bank, but so far he has been told via the AR office and the WI office that they no longer refinance mobile homes.

So in your opinion and knowledge what are some good/ excellent companies we could contact?

Your credit scores are excellent, you don't have too much of debt and you have a stable well paying job. Things look good for you and you should be able to refinance your mobile home. Your existing mortgage holder may not refinance mobile homes, but others do. So, you can look for other lenders. They, I believe, will be able to help you with this. You can also look for a no obligation free mortgage quote from the lenders in this community. There are a number of lenders who offer their services in AR. They'll assess your credit scores, income etc. If you qualify, which I believe you should, they'll get in touch with you and offer you free mortgage quotes. If you think they are offering a good deal, you can go ahead and refinance with them.

You can contact other lenders of your area and check out whether they can refinance your mobile home or not. You can also speak to the lenders of this community and seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation. This will help you in getting an idea whether you'll be able to refinance it or not.
