| lawsuite settlement money to be paid back through arkansas court system to the estate of Winnie M. Leaman, Mountain View. This person who woke through the State Arkansas in Mountain View, five days a week, had stoled $900.00 and the court is making her pay it back to her estate, as Miss Leaman passed away 4 Oct 2008 and her brother Thomas D. Robertson city of Mountain View and stone County, AR, is the sole executor with said Will. I need special forums to fill out inorder to make claim through state and city. Any and all help will be appreciate. |

As there is a will to the property, the will needs to be probated first and then the property will be divided accordingly. I think, the brother who is the executor of the will needs to consult an attorney and take the required steps. The attorney will help in getting the required forms.
