Bank of America mistakenly took my name off loan

Guest	Posted: Tue Mar 15, 2011 11:15 pm    Post subject: Bank of America mistakenly took my name off loan Like 0 Dislike 0 I assumed a loan on my house over 10 years ago with countrywide home loans. Then BoA bought them out or something which is fine and they sent me the end of year taxe statement last year so it seems they had me listed but this year for 2010 taxes i did not recieve anythinf=g so i called and they have the person i bought the house from on there records as the name on the loan. I have called many times talking to many different people and get the run around. I need advice on hoe=w to clear this up before taxes are due. I have already talked to supervisors they all seem incompetent

The attorney will look into the matter and let you know how you can negotiate with your lender and sort out the matter. Thanks
