can you add additional debt after you go to court and filed for the chapter 13 bankruptcy

They really are asking since I am in a chapter 13 if I were to move into this apartment could they be added to the chapter 13? I do not see how that could be done I have gone to court months ago and am currently paying a trustee monthly on time and also have been a renter for years with excellent rental history
