I want to rent an apartment, they are asking if my bankruptcy is the discharge done? They really are asking since I am in a chapter 13 if I were to move into this apartment could they be added to the chapter 13? I do not see how that could be done I have gone to court months ago and am currently paying a trustee monthly on time and also have been a renter for years with excellent rental history
