I have a 1997 Spirit Mobile Home that I have a title too does anyone do secrued laons for people just discharged from Chapter thirteen?

Hi bwlanghammer,

You won't be able to get a mortgage immediately after your Chapter 13 bankruptcy filing has been discharged. If you want to get a FHA loan, you'll have to wait for 1 year after the bankruptcy discharge and if you want to get a conventional loan, then you will have to wait for 2 years after the discharge.
