I financially support my elderly ill parents and they live in outside of US where I send money each month, can I list those financial support in total monthly expenses in chapter 13?

Hi kolmilota,

If you can show proper proof of the fact that you support your elderly ill parents who live outside US, then you would be able list those financial support in total monthly expenses in your chapter 13 filing.
