I'd like to sell my fishing boat. Do I have to have the court's permission to do this? What can happen to us if we don't have court permission? I don't remember seeing anything in writing prohibiting this. We are chapter 13 filers.

Hi triedandtrue,

As you're in Chapter 13 filing, you should take the court's permission before selling the property. If the court has any objections, then you would be able to know it immediately.

Thanks
