How do I remove my financial obligation on a home that my father,sister and her bf live in ....My name is on both loans that a house me and my father obtained a loan for.My sister and her boyfriend want to releieve me of the financial responsibility of paying the first and second mortgages and want to add their name to the loans and remove mine.I'm currently filing Chapter 7 and want out of the financial responsibility of these loans sisnce I will no longer be living in the house.

You will need to quit claim your interest in the home to them, and then they can refinance it into their name. I would recommend you be sure to get them pre-qualified before you sign the home over, I would also get something in writing before I did anything.
