if I file chapter 13 can i add my mortgage does any one know that.

Hi brook,

You can definitely add your mortgage loan debt in your chapter 13 bankruptcy. If you think you will not be able to afford the mortgage payments outside bankruptcy, you can include it in your chapter 13 payment plan and pay off the debt under the supervision of the court.
