Joshua if I incurred a large debt on my credit card more than 90days ago, can this be a reason to dismiss my case if I were to file CH:13?

Hi rcatc,

If you have incurred credit card debts worth more than $500 within 90 days before filing bankruptcy, the debts can be included in your chapter 13 repayment plan. But the debts will not be dischargeable. It will not dismiss your chapter 13 case, but the new debts you incurred cannot be erased through bankruptcy.
