I have a 2009 mobile home financed with a high interest rate. I am about to get a discharge on a chapter 13 bankruptcy. I would like to get a loan for a land and mobile home while dropping my interest rate. I have been paying for my trailer without being late for over a year. How long after my bankruptcy is over should I try. The mobile home is financed for 16 years.
