Like 0 Dislike 0 I filed a Chapter 7 and included my wifes attorney fees for our divorce. He did not petition the bankrupcy court but is telling our divorce judge that she can still make me pay his fees. Is this true?

If the bankruptcy court discharges the amount, then she won't be able to make you pay the fees. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
