I would like to know if I can qualify for ch.7? I am $31,000 in debt for student loans (which i know cant be eliminated) and about 25,000 in credit card debt.

Welcome causeysue,

In order to qualify for Chapter 7, you will have to clear the means test. You should contact your bankruptcy attorney and check out whether or not you clear the test. If you clear it, you would be able to file chapter 7.
