Can you include your home on a chapter 7 bankruptcy?

Did the bankruptcy lawyer gave you any reason as to why you will not be able to include your property in Chapter 7? Once you include your property in Chapter 7, you can reaffirm it in order to save it. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial sucess
