Mortgage company acknowleges the 7 but has not filed final papers for foreclosure... City of Atlanta says you still responsible for clearn up..future dumping, etc...

In such a situation, you'll be liable for the maintenance of the property. If you don't do so, then the City court will be able to come after you. Thanks
