About 30days from now the 13 trustee will be dismissing my case, can I convert my 13 to a chapter 7 to save my home?

Hi lioneleverett,

You'll not be able to convert your Chapter 13 bankruptcy to Chapter 7 after it is dismissed. However, you can try to convert it to Chapter 7 bankruptcy now. You'll have to speak to your bankruptcy trustee and he would look into the matter and decide whether or not your bankruptcy can be converted.

Thanks
