I wanna to declare bankcrupcy because i unable to pay payment for my payment.

Please let me what are procedure to follow for declaration to bankcrupcy ?
And what are document are required for this ?

You have mentioned that you are unable to pay the payments. What kind of payments are you unable pay - is it your mortgage or your unsecured debts?
