Is it the mediator at the bank? If so, is that person aware you filed BK, their mortgage debt was included, and it was discharged? They might not be, because in the situation with a discharged mortgage in a BK they usually will come to regain ownership at some point/give you notice to vacate. Perhaps they are aware though, and just don't want to go through foreclosure and want to do a deed-in-lieu instead (perhaps it's quicker/less expensive for the lender), so if you want competent legal advice I'd suggest you contact a real estate/foreclosure attorney in your area to go over the options.
