if you have already filed for chapter 7 and 5 yrs later you file again but did not remeber it so you were not able to tell youl lawyer will they dismiss your case?? where do you go from there if they do???

As far as I know, you'll have to wait for 8 years in order to file Chapter 7 again. If you file Chapter 7 within 5 years of your previous filing, then the bankruptcy court can consider it fraudulent and dismiss your case. You may check out if you can file Chapter 13.
