Hello there... How long after filing a Chapter 13 bankruptcy can you file again?
You may not be able to file another Chapter 13 within 2 years of Chapter 13 discharge.

After filing Chapter 13 bankruptcy, you cannot file again within two years since the date you had filed the first one.
