We have decided to add our house to the bankrupcy now tho. We do not want to keep the house. It is worth about 100,000 and we owe 216,000. Can we add it to the bankrucy once it is closed?

Rather than reopening the bankruptcy, I would suggest you to contact your lender and apply for a deed in lieu of foreclosure.
