My friend is not employeed. Has a pening case on his criminal background and can't find a job. He has been unemployed for 4 months. He has a divorce pending. Property is in his name. He has filed bankruptcy yet he recently received a foreclosure notice. Which is best in his situation?

yes, I think the foreclosure notice that he recently received is because that he is unemployed and can't payment monthly on time.

Hi Sadiespear,

If you go for foreclosure, it will have a negative impact on your credit report and this will affect your credit worse than a bankruptcy.
