how do i get out of this house?

my wife and i filed chapter 7 bankruptcy 1yr ago. 2 more yrs. in the program. the motgage is way upside down weowe 75,000 appraised @30,000. the reason we want to get out is the house is 3 stories bath & bedroom top laundry in the basement, the kids are grown and its too big of a house for us now.my wife got hurt and could not work for 14 out an 18 month period is what led to this point. now we want to get a new place (rent or own doesn't matter).we make enough money that if we could get out of here without owing anything, we could set up retiring nicely. as it is we pay all that we make with nothing to show because we could never sell this house for all we owe on it.is there a way to get out of this mess?
you have filed BK 7 and there is liquidator in between the dealing I suppose.

so I think it will be difficult for you to overlook the orders of the court.

keep in touch....
