chpt 7 bankruptcy with home included

Chpt 7 bankruptcy discharged in 12/08. House auctioned by CitiMortgage in Jan 2010. Received more money for house than what I owed on it. Assume profits go back to Bankruptcy court . On credit report CitiMortgage shows as being included in bankruptcy. For a regular Chpt 7 and with a credit score of 620 and being 2 years discharged you can qualify for a FHA mortgage. Since the house was included in the Chpt 7 how long do I have to wait to qualify for an FHA mortgage? Thanks.

As 2 years of discharge are complete, I would suggest you to contact the local FHA lenders in order to get pre-approved for a loan. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
