means test and chapter 7

I am in Florida, the median for our family is 5708 a month, we make 6200, after doing the means test we are negative, does this mean we shuld qualify for a 7?

Hi priscillapettisixcr,

If your current monthly income is not higher than the median income level of your state, then you will be able to file Chapter 7. To know more about Means Test, check out the following link:
