Who would lend monies, using a free and clear mobil home as collaterial? It is in a senior park. We do not own the land. Our credit has a bankruptcy on it. Our annual income is about $33,000 per year.

I think you won't get a mortgage loan because you don't own the land. What you can qualify for is a personal property loan offered by mobile home retailers. Get an idea on what personal property mobile home loans are from http://www.mortgagefit.com/mobile-homeloan.html#types .
