what is the statue of limitation or doctrin of laches on a chapter 7 bankruptcy in texas for non reaffirmation of a homestead. i am current on my payments and taxes since bankruptcy 3years 11 months ago. lawyer did not reaffirm debt as he was requested to do.

The attorney may not have included your mortgage in your bankruptcy. I would check your bankruptcy papers.

The best thing to do would be to contact the attorney that filed the bankruptcy for you.
