My attorney said not to pay anyone anything. However, those that I have ACH automatic pay from my credit union are still getting paid. I told my attorney that he said they will have to give it back.

With all the idle promises that have been made to me plus cost me gravely, I don't know if he is telling me the truth.

Is that how it works?

It is better to cancel automatic check drafts on your checking account.

Creditors will stop collecting auto drafts after you have filed bankruptcy.
