might need to bankrupt. can i put assets in roth ira to keep them?

Welcome to forums!

As far as I know, traditional and Roth IRA assets are excluded up to a limit of $1 million. But it may be considered as a fraud if you sell your property just to save it from being liquidated by the bankruptcy trustee. I would suggest you to contact your bankruptcy attorney and take his opinion in this issue.
