The concept of debt reaffirmation comes in when you file chapter 7. However, loan modification is a different concept. You can apply for it when you are facing issues in paying off your loan. This will help you in getting a new payment plan wherein it will be affordable for you to clear off the dues. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great.
