Will filing bankruptcy remove me from the mortgage on the house my exhusband lives in and has sole title to?

My name is not on the first mortgage. I want to get my name off the 2nd mortgage. He lives alone in the house. I have other debts in my name he was ordered to pay which he won't. My question is about the 2nd mortgage. If I file for bankruptcy will my name be removed from the 2nd mortgage leaving him soley responsible. He refuses to try and refinance in his name only.

You will receive a discharge from it. Your ex-husband will solely become responsible for the mortgage payments. Thanks
