I ATTEMPETED THE REPAYMENT PLAN AND THEN MY INCOME DECREASED...
CAN I TRY TO SAVE HOME OR IS IT TOO LATE?

Hi BJACKSON,

If you do not pay according to the repayment plan, the lender will have the right to foreclose the property and your bankruptcy filing may get dismissed. I would suggest you to speak to your lender about your financial situation and check out if he can give you another repayment plan.
