I had a Chp 13 dismissed (at my request) now my credit report indicates this dismissal. Does it adversely effect my credit score? Since it is not a adverse action (no change in my obligation - can I have it removed?

As far as I know, the bankruptcy dismissal will remain on your credit report for sometime. You won't be able to remove it from your credit report. I don't think bankruptcy dismissal will adversely effect your credit score.
