My friend is going to declare bankcruptcy because he not able pay EMI for his home loan.

So can you tell me what is other option to save bankcruptcy
or to any alternative to minimize the EMI .

get the house re appraised if it comes in lower than 80% loan to value you can have the insurance dropped by the lender
