If a Company is going through CCAA Bankruptcy and as a former employee who is owed severance pay. I have no way to collect it from this company can I legally put a lien against their property to try an collect what's legally owed to me? I have a legally signed severance package and I am considered a proven unsecured creditor.

You can get a Judgement and place a lien against their property, but aren't you already included as part of their Bankruptcy? I've never heard of a CCAA Bankruptcy - companies usually do chapter 11's. They're in a bad way if they're doing bankruptcy, and chances are slim you'll receive any of your severance within a reasonable timeframe, if at all.
