I am within 8 months of being paid out of chapter 13, can the trustee raise my payments. I received a letter today saying they have made a motion to raise my payments from 500 to 1018 a month. I have NEVER been late nor misses a payment. What do I need to do

Hi mattsmom,

The trustee cannot suddenly raise the payments. You should contact your trustee and clarify the matter with him.

Thanks
