On your Oct 29 blog, you mentioned on your FHA loans a non-borrowing spouse can remain on title. On our FHA loans, we require a non-borrowing spouse to remove themselves from title at closing, and we believe we are doing this to meet FHA guidelines. Did FHA issue a letter, or is there a guideline that addresses this issue? I believe this perceived requirement has been passed down within our company, but I can not find it referenced in the guidelines either way. Thanks for your input. | |||
