For those who know about my situation. How hard is it to qualify for a Blanket Mortgage that encompasses everything on my property to get a higher LTV?

Talk to your local credit union. Also depends what you have. As far as I remember you have a weird double property? And blanket loans dont go to really high ltvs.

Forget about the whole situation now guys. Time isn't on my side anymore. I've gotten a Foreclosure Notice taped to my door earlier today and I'm pretty much all out of options. The property thats been in my family for 30 years is no longer going to be mine in 30 Days.

Anyways, I want to thank everyone on here who has tried to help me with my situation.

And Sam, I haven't forgotten about paying you back but now its going to take me longer to do so. Right now, I just have to get my bearings and start preparing for the inevitable.

Thanks again folks. You have a great community here.

Thank you,
Lee Alexander

Hi Wildstorm,

It's sad but one has to accept hard times, nothing doing.

I hope you will be able to get out of it soon.

Thanks

Got a quick question about the "B" word.

As I stated earlier, I'm in foreclosure. I don't suppose its too late to file for bankruptcy to save the home?
