• Improvised Lenders Directory

We giving a new look to our lenders directory and this time with some additional features to it. Our new directory will be more flexible and user friendly. We are also planning to add some additional features for our lenders like personal forums, tools where they can manage their feeds and many more. On their details, I will post it later.

• Lender Review System

Our community will provide lenders joining us with suitable ranks by using the Lender Review System. The Review System will be developed so that community members can evaluate the performances of lenders and then rank them accordingly.

A lender joins our community and submits his profile including a synopsis of the loan programs he offers. A point-rate combination for each program is also provided. Based on these details, the community members can compare services provided by the lenders.

The community also forms an idea about the lenders services from the list of common queries that borrowers enquire.

Through our forums, our Community gets to know about the experiences shared by customers with a particular lender. This includes judging a lender’s performance in loan servicing along with any kind of fraud committed by him.

Based on all the above factors, the Community members offer their votes for each lender. Depending on these votes, the lenders are finally rated.

Country Specific Sites

We are also launching MortgageFit to 2 others countries (UK and Canada). Our plan is to spread our services across the globe so that people can take benefit of our community services. We have given separate sub domains to all the countries and soon we will see MortgageFit giving services in all the countries.

MortgageFit has launched its own blog for its community members. You can develop your blog just the way you like it. Our blogs can be used as personal diaries and most important is they don’t have to go anywhere if they are interested in making blogs.

• Wiki

It’s a user friendly system through which you can expand your knowledge on a particular topic of interest. You can write as well as edit the existing content in our wiki.

• Modernized Cache System - NEW

Our newly developed cache system is intended to make MortgageFit faster. Our community is increasing and so as the expectations. We need to live to the thoughts by giving quality services and our new cache system is one such effort towards it. This system will make our website faster. It’s working on the concept of 404 handlers. On the its functionality part i will discuss it later.
