Thanks for this informative blog post. :) In my opinion,loan modification and Home Affordable Refinance seem to be the best ways to manage "upside down mortgage". It is very important for the borrower to know where they can get the required help when they are delinquent on their payments. Rather than sitting back at home and waiting for a foreclosure, it's always better to inform the lender about one's situation and check out if any help is available or not.</description>
