It's really great to see that around 70,000 discussions have taken place in MortgageFit :). I've also noticed that a lot of new members as well as industry professionals are participating in the community in the recent times. A bill has has been passed by the House, which, is now in the Senate, would allow bankruptcy judges to modify the terms of mortgage for those who have filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy protection. But we will have to wait till it's signed into law. If it becomes a law, then I think discussions related to bankruptcy and loan modification will further increase in number.</description>
