		<description>It is true that if the new rules get implemented, it would become difficult for a large number of people to qualify for a FHA sponsored loan. However, I think it's a good move and completely agree with you that it would in turn save us from "another real estate crisis". Another thing which I found good in the changes is that it's planning to raise the down payment to 10% for those who have a credit score less than 580.</description>
